What happened

Employee was stepping off of small platform around the [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. In doing so the employees ankle rolled as their foot contacted the ground level. This caused the employee to fall to the ground. The employee immediately reported the incident and was seen by the on site nurse. Ice was applied to the ankle.
