What happened

Individual was sanding the steps of the [REDACTED] mold. He states that he was in a rush and hit the back of the step which caused the sander to kick and strike his knee (in which was pressed against the edge of the step in which he was sanding). The edge of the 40 grit sandpaper tore through the paper suit and ground a laceration approximately an inch and a half into his right knee.
