She was assisted by first responders [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] who were not able to get it out for her. [REDACTED] took her to Workforce to get checked over. This was reported to Group Leader [REDACTED]. Workforce was able to remove the sliver. She is not on any restrictions and no follow-ups are scheduled.
