Before the incident

[REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. I was getting brake rotors out from a bottom shelf and when going to stand up I hit the back of my head on a metal part. I didn t tell anyone and kept working but the [REDACTED] I had symptoms from the incident and had the Union ask my Supervisor for a vacation day. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I went to the ER and they didn t find anything wrong but I m still having symptoms. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
