Before the incident

On [REDACTED] I was performing my maintenance duties by 7 repairing and replacing racks in locations in bulk. When I came down off my ladder I had a headache and was feeling light headed. I held onto the caret that I had and rest for a few minutes. I had some pain in my right side and was feeling hot. Shortly after [REDACTED] came by on the cart and I told him I was not feeling good. He then took me on the cart into the front to cool down and as we exited the cart I felt dizzy. I sat in the Union Office and felt dizzy and had a headache. The Chairman checked my skin and notice that i felt very hot and call [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
