At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was bending down to pick up a blue tote off an air craft carrier and turned to put it in a cage. Route was [REDACTED]. I felt something tweak in my mid to lower back and continued working throughout the night in some pain. I woke up on [REDACTED] and I was still a little sore but thought I could make it through the day. After closing til lunch time around [REDACTED] my mid to lower back had gotten worse and I couldn t bend to help close. I then reported it to my supervisor. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
