What happened
While using a grinding tool working on the side of a pool the grinder snagged on something on the pool and ricocheted hitting [REDACTED] on his right lower leg shin causing a laceration. Grinder does have a dead-man switch on it that was not locked into place. The blade was still spinning but only slightly as it was stopping from the trigger being released.
