Employee was loading boxes weighing approximately 80 pounds. The box was a replacement fabric type of box. As the employee pulled backwards on the hand truck to lift the box onto the wheels of the hand truck she felt a strain on the back side of her right shoulder. When employee tried to move additional boxes the pain worsened.
