Driver stated he was trying to move a pallet at a customers dock. The driver states the pallet got stuck and he tried to maneuver the skid inside the trailer when he felt a sharp pain in his back. He fell to one knee and waited there a few minutes for the pain to calm down. Then he made the call to dispatch
