Employee was breaking down and offloading a skid of 4 boxes at the customers residence. In doing so he picked up a heavy box and placed on his shoulder next to his neck. When placing on the ground felt a pop in their neck. Immediately felt pain that originated in neck and shot through right arm causing numbness and tingling in right hand and fingers.
