Around [REDACTED] employee reported to center manager that his hip was sore and he thought that it was related to sweeping the dock on concrete for alternate duty. Employee and center manager agreed to modify the alternate duty and changed to having the employee sit in a chair on the dock while rolling straps and wiping down dock computers.
