He was patching some walls in different levels of the garage and using hand trowel and hammer

He was kneeling to clean around the drain and did not hear the incoming mini sky track. and the sky track was going up the ramp carrying a pallet of CMU blocks and did not have a good view of therefore hit our worker and dragged him several feet
