prior to the incident he was talking to the water proofing team to as what our employee was going to be doing which was to back fill the wall using a bobcat to bring the gravel and using a shovel to spread the gravel.

As the injured worker was doing his task which was leveling and back filling the garage wall there was a 1 4 inch metal sheet separating the gravel and the regular dirt sticking out of ground about a foot he stepped on the edge of the metal sheet. He planted his foot on the edge and slipped and hit his sheen to the edge of the metal sheet

contusion to the left sheen

lack of awareness not realizing his work boots had mud on it which made it slippery.

He slipped while stepping on edge of a metal sheet to walk over and cause a contusion to his left shin
