7 13 23 Employee was on the Palletizer going from line 2 to line 1. There are steps down and back up between the lines. While Employee was taking the step up his foot got caught on the step and he fell hitting his head on the palletizer. He also has a small cut on his hand. He Refused medical attention and got a band aid for his hand. He later sought medical attention.
