At [REDACTED] EE along with Clinical staff went to restrain Patient for violent and combative behavior. While EE was conducting Therapeutic Holds patient turned their head to EE and spat in EE 's face. Once the patient was restrained ED staff helped EE clean up and started treating me for potential pathogen exposure.
