What happened

At approx. [REDACTED] an employee hurt their back attempting to lift metal off a pallet. While bent over and lifting the metal they felt a sharp pain in their lower back that shot down their leg. The plant nurse was called and advised to Tylenol ice and to follow up with the company physician. Employee was in rule based mode with error traps of overconfidence and distraction.
