El TM transportaba un vidrio roto en conjunto de otro empleado al rack de cristales rotos al llegar y bajar el cristal termina de romper generando una herida en el dedo medio a nivel de la falange distal de la mano izquierda se le prestaron los primeros auxilios pero el sangrado no paraba fue llevado al palmetto hospital donde lo evaluo un medico y le colocaron 3 puntos de sutura
