What happened
While dumping pasta onto the Shaker table above the Hayssen on Line 9 the employee was lifting the tote which weighed about 25 lbs. with the product inside and turned to dump it. The employee stated they felt a pull or tear or sharp pain in their shoulder and up their neck.
