Employee moving containers.

What happened

Processing clerk was pulling a gaylord from the front side of the APBS. As the employee was moving the container a [REDACTED] was driving down the aisle on a fork truck and he honked the horn to alert employees in the area. There are APC 's set up in this area and it blocks the vision of the processing clerk moving containers before the enter the aisle space. As the employee entered the aisle the fork truck was passing by and her foot was pinned underneath the black frame that is attached to the forks.
