Before the incident

Mechanic was trouble shooting PP payoff machine #8 when PP Team Lead told him that he was going to cycle the breaker.

What happened

Team Lead went in and killed the power to the machine and done a ten count. Team Lead then flipped the power back on. Mechanic 's hand was pulled around the powder clutch sprocket and pinched with the chain becoming trapped.
