What happened

[REDACTED] stated that on [REDACTED] he just finished his last relay he was walking down the steps. The second set of steps had grass and a small fence along side of the grass leading to the sidewalk. As he walked through the grass he grabbed the pole from the fence the pole came out and the [REDACTED] fell. The injured right shoulder.
