On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at Eugene PDC [REDACTED] employee stated he was sweeping mail from the top stacker to the pie cart tray and then swept mail from the bottom stacker to the pie cart tray when he stood up that 's when he felt pain in his shoulder upper arm. He then stated his arm was starting to feel numb but when he moves it he feels pain.
