What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Mail [REDACTED] picked up a box from an OTR in the [REDACTED] 's area and he felt his back stiffen and it hurt. This event was reported by a T-3 supervisor. I asked him how it happened and he stated the same thing the T-3 supervisor said that he was picking up a package from an OTR around [REDACTED] and he felt his lower back stiffen and it started hurting.
