AS HE WAS GETTING BACK TO HIS TRUCK BOTH FEET CAME OUT FROM UNDER HIM DUE TO ICY PAVEMENT.. HE SLIPPED ON THE ICE AND LANDED ON HIS BACK AND HIT HIS LEFT ARM ON THE TRUCK RUNNING BOARDS.
