What happened

On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED]. Rural carrier was trying to open the back of my LLV and the door was stuck. While trying to pull it up I felt a pull in my right shoulder clavicle area. It continued to hurt worse as route progressed. By the time I finished my route I couldn 't raise my arm or straighten it out without severe pain.
