What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] clerk was dispatching [REDACTED]. He was closing up the top shelf on a DPS cage for 46818. He stated that the latch bar was sticking a little bit and he used some extra force to push it closed and latch it up. In doing so his hand became swollen from using the extra force.
