Employee was removing the pallets of parcels off the elevator.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was removing the pallets of parcels off the elevator. When she saw the elevator door closing she ran and press any button to prevent it to close but she press floor 1 and the gate door on elevator came down on her head. She stepped back in shock and instant head pain. I had a headache and felt a bump. She left at approximately [REDACTED] she straight to [REDACTED] Hospital to be check out. The Doctor states that she has a muscle spasm and he will out until [REDACTED].
