What happened

On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] mail handler states she was operating long pallet jack number 486F going throw the door. I approach and saw a BMC blocking one entry I then made turn to go out the other side and hit the security railing and was thrown from the long jack and landed on my right knee.
