What happened

Around [REDACTED] I was walking a large Walmart box to [REDACTED] and felt a sharp pain in my lower back which caused me to drop the package on the ground. Slowly walked back to the truck and given three [REDACTED] from a neighbor that saw it happen. Tried to walk it off to continue delivering but couldn really walk.
