The employee was performing tack welds on a frame on his station in the grinding department.

What happened

The employee refers that when finished performing his welding lifted his welding hood and set the welding gun on the frame to rest when he set the gun on the frame it caused the frame shift. There was a fan positioned towards his station and when the frame shifted the fan blew debris into the employees right eye.
