Carrier was delivering a package that needed signature at [REDACTED]. When returning to vehicle he stepped off of grass onto concrete and tripped and fell. When he tripped and fell he hurt his right elbow shoulder and wrist. He said he was going home to ice it and see but then chose to seek medical care as it hurt worse.
