picking up sandbags

What happened

On [REDACTED] custodians were picking up and stacking the sandbags that are put in the LLV 's during winter. They were picking them up together one at a time . The sandbags were located in the rear of the building outside in the parking lot. custodian informed Supervisor that he thought he felt a strain minor pain when lifting one of themt his back was hurting and his hands and feet felt numb or tingly.
