Wrapping a pallet with an automated pallet wrapper

What happened

The associate was wrapping a pallet on the automatic pallet wrapper which failed to cut or break the plastic wrap when the wrapping was complete. The associate was using his box cutter in his right hand while cutting the the plastic wrap near ground level swiped and punctured his left forearm with the blade. Two stitches were required to close the wound.
