What happened

[REDACTED] was cleaning from behind the #3 sheetdrop between the x-lift frame and the drain ditch containment wall. She was bent down underneath the roller bed while the line was down for break. While pulling trash out she pulled a piece of veneer too close to her body a splinter went in her right leg above her knee.
