Preparing to transfer patient to OR table

What happened

Moving a patient from gurney to OR table and gurney was not locked. During the transfer gurney started moving and patient was going to fall Therefore I immediately responded and leaned over OR table to catch patient from falling to the floor. While responding to cause no injury to patient I over stretched my mid back.
