Before the incident

Employee was descending tractor he had to remove cob that had be stuck on the steps suck that he could descend.

What happened

When the employee reached the bottom of the steps he slipped on a piece of cob that had be removed from the steps resulting in a sprain to the left ankle. He was taken to the hospital for imaging and returned to work after two days.
