[REDACTED] was sitting in chair beside the bed sitter at bedside [REDACTED] explained to the pt what was going to happen prior to advancement of the suction catheter [REDACTED] suctioned [REDACTED] due to increased secretions [REDACTED] jumped out of chair and grabbed RTs right hand and pulled ring finger back While pushing RT up against the wall Sitter assisted in deescalating the situation by re orienting pt the other side of the room [REDACTED] was still aggressive and wording foul language [REDACTED] calmed down shortly after and began ambulating the halls with the sitter [REDACTED] 4TH FINGER PC
