Employee grabbed patient 's wrist to prevent the patient from striking out again. PSO took patient to the ground employee fell and landed on left arm injuring his shoulder. Activity Before Incident: In secondary triage assessing patients. Emergency Department Technician notified employee that the patient was attempting to leave and being aggressive toward staff and that PSO needed assistance.
