What happened

Employee was in the process of transporting (manually) a box of material from the warehouse to the Sales office. When he lifted the box the box obstructed his vision and there was a pallet in the path of his walkway. [REDACTED] walked into the wheels of the pallet which resulted in him tripping and falling to the ground. He tried to break his fall with his hand which resulted in a fractured wrist.
