Helping rigging load a panel on to a flatbed truck

What happened

He was on the flat bed truck guiding the panel onto it. He went underneath the panel to move a block of wood. When down there the panel sild off the forklift and the crossbeam struck his back causing him to fall. As he fell his ankle got pinned underneath the panel 's metal leg.
