Observing a contractor service HVAC Systems

An employee was on the roof accompanying a contractor that was servicing the HVAC systems. The employee sat down on the roof to take a break. As she was transferring back to the standing position she slipped on the woody mud debris rolling her ankle. The onsite EMT responded and she was taken for medical evaluation.
