What happened

An employee was on the roof accompanying a contractor that was servicing the HVAC systems. The employee sat down on the roof to take a break. As she was transferring back to the standing position she slipped on the woody mud debris rolling her ankle. The onsite EMT responded and she was taken for medical evaluation. She suffered a fractured ankle.
