stated he hurt his back on [REDACTED] in the day when he was almost finished. Stated he was sore but continued working. He was supposed to come in and work on [REDACTED] but advised his back hurt too bad and was having a hard time bending over or walking. He then went to the ER on [REDACTED]. ****Per [REDACTED] he hurt his back while bending over to grab and pick up wood. He told two coworkers his back was hurting him at the end of the day and they saw him walking tender and slow
