What happened

Employee was cutting the angle aluminum bar on the band saw. He did not use the wood pushing guide that is provided to push angle thru the band saw. Angle skipped in the saw causing his hand to skip into the band saw and catch on the blade.

Right Thumb finger was severed on right side of the nail almost to the bone.
