Pulling the platform into place closing the safety gates preparing to pull finished parts from the molds.

Co-worker was using the hoist to remove a mold lid. As the co-worker raised the mold lid the mold spider arm on the oppose side lowered down toward the platform deck. EE 's foot was caught between the mold spider arm and the work platform. EE was wearing Steel Toed Boots at the time of the incident.
