ORS654.010:  The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was
safe and healthful
for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to
protect the life, safety,
and health of the employees:
(a) The employer, DR Horton, did not do everything reasonably necessary to
protect his
subcontractors while working on their site for the following companies:
1. Platinum Roofing = no fall protection
2. Rufino Garcia & Sageland Homes = nailing gun with removed safety
springs, & damaged
electrical cords
3. Nutek Siding = no fall protection
4. DR Horton = no handrails on stairs, no guard rails across window
openings, uncapped
rebars, no flushing toilets with warm running water
5. Sageland & Hugo Ornelas = no fall protection on top plates
6. Sageland & Hugo Ornelas = unguarded balcony
7. Sageland & Hugo Ornelas = window openings unguarded
8. Sageland & Hugo Ornelas = damaged electrical cords
