29 CFR 1917.111(a): The structural integrity of docks, wharves, piers, terminals and/or working surfaces was not maintained.      On or about 03/16/2012, Transcaribbean Maritime Corp, Isla Grande Oeste-Panamerican Dock, Container Storage Yard area, San Juan PR.  Employees engaged in the stevedoring operations were exposed to struck by, caught by and fall hazards as evidenced by the by the terrain conditions on several areas at the marine terminal. Several holes and unleveled terrain were observed where hustler trucks (brutes), with or without trailers, were moving while performing stevedoring operations.    Note:  Certification and Documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citations itaem as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively
