29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1):     the top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m)plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level.     a)  At the jobsite, on or about 3/19/12:  Employees were working in an area where the wire rope toprail of the fall protection system sagged in excess of 3 inches from the horizontal.

29 CFR 1926.34(b): Access to exits were not marked by readily visible signs in all cases where the exit or way to reach it was not immediately visible to the occupants:    a)  At the jobsite, throughout the project, on or about 3/19/12:  Employees were working inside the structure without any posted signs indicating exits or direction to exits.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
