29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion:   a) Stowell Hall, SUNY Potsdam - On or about 1 August, 2013 - Employees were walking in close proximity to a 220 volt power cord that was not protected from abrasion where the cord was connected and coming out of a wall mounted power panel box.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  a) Stowell Hall, SUNY Potsdam - On or about 1 August, 2013 - Employees were using a non double insulated power drill to mix joint compound that was not protected by either ground fault circuit interrupters or an assured equipment grounding conductor program.  Northland Associates Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.404(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 910786, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 1 August, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at23 Ramoda Drive, Canton New York.
