(a)  Above the front of the garage: On or about June 6, 2012, and at times prior thereto, an employee was observed utilizing a pneumatic nail gun and not utilizing safety glasses.    (b)  Main entry/front of garage entry: On or about June 6, 2012, and at times prior thereto, an employee were observed not utilizing protective helmets when exposed to overhead hazards. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) Main entry: On June 6, 2012, and times prior thereto employees performed framing activities on the second floor level were exposed to an approximate 11 foot fall hazard.
