29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) On or about April 23, 2013 and at times prior thereto, employees were installing roof trusses while standing on exterior wall top plates without fall protection. Camacho Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 459359, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed final order on July 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 274 E. Schmeizer Lane, Boise, ID 83706. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
